Creating leadership development journeys

College Pro and Novartis had development journeys for over 1,000 leaders and more than 100 of them became CEOs or chairmen of life science companies and other companies so that's a pretty impressive achievement.

When I reflect what happened there is the integrated approach to talent management on the one hand, but also the integrated approach to the individual. If you're clear and transparent with people what options are available, but you can also define the key success profiles, you can start to develop the tools that College Pro has and the expertise that College Pro has to offer. A very integrated approach towards a development journey for those leaders.
